Yes. An Account Manager is assigned for the duration of the engagement regardless of the service plan.
Payment structure depends on the type of service and is clearly outlined in the agreed contract. Project-based work, such as website builds and graphic design, typically requires a 50% payment before work begins, with the remaining 50% due prior to final delivery. Ongoing services are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in the contract.
Our services are centered on Florida-based businesses to stay closely connected to the local market, regulations, and community. At the same time, we work with clients outside the state when the project is a good fit, and can refer to trusted partners when appropriate.

We operate through a combination of mobile, and virtual setups or local meetup which allows us to stay flexible while working closely with clients. In-person meetings or on-site work are arranged when needed.
