General Qs

What does Webhub help with?

We help small and growing businesses get seen online, build websites that work, and stay supported through ongoing day-to-day operations.

What type of businesses do you usually work with?

We typically work with solopreneurs, small teams, service-based businesses, and growing companies.

Is Webhub a full-service agency?

We are not a traditional full-service agency. Our work and services focuses on specific areas where we can provide thoughtful, practical support based on a business’s needs.

Do you work with local partners or handle everything in-house?

Some services, such as photography and printing out graphic materials may involve trusted partners. Webhub oversees these projects fully and remains the primary point of contact.

Working With Us

How many meetings are included during a project?

Meetings are scheduled at key stages of the project to review progress, align on decisions, and gather feedback. This approach helps keep the work moving while ensuring clarity at each phase.

Will there be a dedicated point of contact for any service we sign up for?

Yes. An Account Manager is assigned for the duration of the engagement regardless of the service plan.

What are your payment terms?

Payment structure depends on the type of service and is clearly outlined in the agreed contract. Project-based work, such as website builds and graphic design, typically requires a 50% payment before work begins, with the remaining 50% due prior to final delivery. Ongoing services are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in the contract.

We’re not based locally. Does that matter?

Our services are centered on Florida-based businesses to stay closely connected to the local market, regulations, and community. At the same time, we work with clients outside the state when the project is a good fit, and can refer to trusted partners when appropriate.

Other Questions

Do you have a physical office or only mobile and virtual?

We operate through a combination of mobile, and virtual setups or local meetup which allows us to stay flexible while working closely with clients. In-person meetings or on-site work are arranged when needed.

What does in-house social media support mean?

Our in-house social media support focuses on maintaining a consistent and intentional presence. The level of involvement, including content planning and occasional on-site or video shoots, depends on the agreed scope.

Can services we sign up for be adjusted over time?

Yes. As needs change, services can be reviewed and adjusted in line with a revised scope or agreement.

How are quality and accountability handled?

We maintain quality and accountability across all services through defined scopes, documented processes, and the tools we use to support oversight and coordination.
